Dear customer,
Thank you for all your orders during our closing sale! We are aware some orders are incorrect or may be missing some items, please do not be concerned however as some orders will come in multiple parts and are we are aiming to have them all shipped out by 04/04.
During our closing sale we have had over 30,000 orders within 5 days, which is more than we have ever handled in such a short space of time, because of this there has been delays in shipments, response time, human and technical errors on dispatch, picking and packing and more. Our staff have been working overtime and very long hours as well as some new members joining us during this period to help speed things up. This volume, new staff, overtime and more has caused us errors with some orders. We WILL rectify any issues that you have experienced as customer and will issue refunds and or replacements to sort this out.
Please be considerate of our limited resources and response time as we are closing. We are trying our best! There is a human customer service agent answering your email so please be kind and patient, we can totally understand if you are frustrated but we promise we will do everything we can to sort this out for you and keep a dedicated customer service line until every customer is satisfied.❤️

We aim to reply within 48 hours however during busier times this can very rarely take up to 14 days, please do not send more than one email within 14 days as it only delays our response time to you and others and may move your email to spam.

Why have I only received part of my order?
Many orders during our closing sale have been sent in multiple parcels. Please wait until 04/04 when all orders have finished dispatching before getting in touch.
Where is my order?
All orders will be dispatched before the end of 04/04, we are so sorry for the delay as we have had an influx of orders over our closing sale that has caused a back log of orders.
My order is wrong!
Do not worry, if you order is wrong we will still issue you a full refund for your order just get in touch with your details above and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
