Returns

All orders (subject to our returns policy) can be returned up to 28 days after the date of purchase. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend you take a picture of your order when you receive it, especially if it is damaged.

Our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and in the original condition they were received. 
  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

GLAM do not offer free returns. Returned items are the consumers responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a trackable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case your parcel is lost on the way back to us or you need to contact us about your return.

GLAM will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 5 days of receiving your returned item(s). Shipping costs paid by the customer in the original order will not be refunded also. Free shipping does not apply.

To begin processing a return please email: returns@glamgyal.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to return. Please include details if you have received a faulty or incorrect order. You will then receive an email on what to do next and a return address in accordance to the item(s) you are returning as it can go to multiple locations
